Bill focuses on leadership in the plant. As a good leader, he helps bring the team together, and is the coach who implements the right strategy in any tough situation. Once himself a pressman, Bill brings special understanding of the craft to his role as manager. He enjoys applying his experience to unusual and demanding situations so customers can enjoy more peace of mind.
