Dale's vast quality assurance experience in large-format offset lithography brought him to Meek's in the '90s as the company began installing its big Heidelberg equipment. Realizing that a pressman is responsible for nearly 100 operations on a press while it's in motion and that problems can arise, Dale is revered for his practical ability to quickly work past obstacles.
He makes sure customers get added value by skillfully planning how work will be configured on press sheets and specifying the right materials for each job. Customers rely on Dale for friendly advice and educated decision-making. High pressure situations at press side never ruffle him and no detail escapes his watchfulness.
"The great goal here is not just knowing how to do the job, but knowing that we are taking the right actions," Dale said.
